If you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, it may be returned for a refund. Simply e-mail us for a return reference number send it back to us with the item/s (in their original condition).
Your item(s) must meet the following conditions in order to qualify for return:
• The item must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.
• The item must be received in its original condition – unworn (initial try on is acceptable), unwashed, with all tags still attached in their original locations.
• Not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant, please ensure the highest level of care when handling your items while trying on your order.
• Items received not in their original state will automatically be returned to the customer, we reserve all rights to rejecting a returned items if we see fit it does not meet the required conditions.
NOTE: Buyers responsible for shipping of all items back and forth to our location, any and all shipping charges are not eligible for store credits/vouchers.

You can place a new order if a replacement size, color or alternative items are required, and return the original item(s) to us for a refund. (Please read above RETURNS policy)
